Cintia is Founder and CEO of Bridge The Gap, a consulting agency for Diversity, Equality and Innovation. She is the Co-Founder and Strategy Director of Hermana advertising agency, the first agency born from a gender perspective.
She advises Labor Inclusion Policies in the Ministry of Labor of Argentina.
Coordinator of the Gender and Compliance Committee of the World Compliance Association (Argentine Chapter). Founder of the Women in Innovation Community (MEI) that brings together more than 250 women from Argentina.
Master’s degree in Gender, Society and Politics. Psychologist by training with a Master’s degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications. She was the Content Director for Women Economic Forum Argentina 2020.
For 12 years she held positions as product manager, brand manager and marketing manager. She also has international experience in launches in NY, Hong Kong and Central America.
In 2012 she worked in clinical and research areas and in public policies. She did postgraduate studies in Sustainability and Inclusive Business. She has experience in care for victims of gender violence and research in adolescent maternity from a psychological point of view..
