Reina Uzcátegui Oviol

Joined Planned Parenthood Global in 2018 as Advocacy Program Officer in Peru. She has ample experience in various government agencies in the design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of both private and public sector programs. Before PPG, she worked for the Peruvian Ministry of Culture where she was the Director of Cultural Diversity and the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. She has worked with the Ministry of Education and local government to improve the quality of education programs. She has also served various tours during Election monitoring with the Organization of American States (OAS). Reina has degrees in Political Science and International Relations with specializations in Sustainable Development and Social Innovation Leadership.
