Alicia Díaz, MPH, Associate Director, joined Planned Parenthood Global in 2014. Prior to joining Planned Parenthood, she was at Chemonics International, where she focused on USAID projects. Alicia has more than fifteen years of experience designing, managing and providing technical support to global public health projects and programs. She has extensive experience leading strategic initiatives, health-related research, and implementing best practices and effective interventions. In addition to having experience in Latin America, she has also worked in Africa and South Asia. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida International University and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from George Washington University.
