Álvaro Henzler

Strategic orchestrator of visions and vehicles of social transformation.

He is currently President of the Transparencia Civil Association and Executive President of Mosaico Lab Social, an articulator and accelerator for transformation in Latin America. Bachelor in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico, Master in Public Administration from the Harvard University School of Government and leadership studies from Georgetown University. Fulbright Scholar, Ford Foundation and Carolina Foundation. Co-founder of Convergencia, EnseñaPerú and PeruTeQuiero. He has been a Research Fellow at the Ash Center for Democracy and Innovation at Harvard University. He was assistant and economic advisor to the Peruvian Ambassador to the US during the signing of the Peru – US FTA and executive director of InLider Intercorp Leadership Center.
