2023 IDEA Awards: Final Pitch
Bachelor in Economics with a passion for technology and a strong commitment to social change. I have post graduate degrees in Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery, as well as in Management of Social Organizations.
My professional career in the world of technology and data began in the private sector, where I developed a solid understanding of data analysis and process optimization in areas of operations and marketing. However, my true passion has always been at the intersection of economics, technology, and social work. I firmly believe that technological solutions are powerful catalysts to address the most pressing social problems and transform our society.
In my current role as Director of Digital Solutions at Wingu, I lead innovative projects that implement technology with a social impact. My experience encompasses project conceptualization and management, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, identification of strategic funding sources, and promotion of technology adoption in diverse communities.
Outside of the professional realm, I am a passionate advocate for equity, education, and empowerment of women in STEM. For me, diversity and inclusion are fundamental to driving innovation and building a more sustainable future.
