Maisa has a degree in Political Science, a Master in Health Services Policies and Management and a Specialist in Public Management and Policy Evaluation. She has extensive professional experience in the planning and implementation of health programs, international financing programs, and stakeholder management.

She was Undersecretary of Technical and Logistics Programming and Coordinator of Strategic Planning of the Ministry of Health of the Nation in Argentina.

She currently works as Project Manager of the Center for Implementation and Innovation of Health Policies (CIIPS) of the Institute of Clinical and Health Effectiveness (IECS) and Management Coordinator of the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Health for Latin America and the Caribbean (CLIAS).
