María J. Rivera Betancourt

Communicator with experience in managing innovation and social impact projects, she currently works as Regional Coordinator of FITS (Festival of Innovation and Social Technology) in Wingu. She leads initiatives that strengthen and articulate the social sector through festivals that link technology with themes such as democracy, gender and sustainability in Latin America. The festival has been developed in countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Morocco, in addition to virtually the entire region. Additionally, she has actively participated in cultural projects that explore the intersection between art, innovation, gender and diversity.
